- Complaint Resolution: Investigate, identify, and resolve customer complaints using appropriate software and problem-solving techniques.
- Call Routing: Efficiently route calls and support tickets to the relevant resources and domains that can best address the user’s needs.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records by documenting all call information in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Trend Recognition: Recognize and document trends in customer calls and proactively alert the management team to emerging issues.
- SOP Development: Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new issues and their resolutions, ensuring consistent and effective problem-solving practices.
- Reporting: Complete call logs and reports as required to track customer interactions and issue resolution.
